Branch Out with WSA, Session 1

Crofton Library:
WSA is thrilled to announce our summer series, Branch Out, designed for WSA RePlant program participants to come together, learn new skills, and support each other’s tree plantings.
Discover the benefits of trees and learn ways to support your neighborhood plantings. Volunteers will practice identifying some common native species before helping us mulch and water trees outside the library.
What to Bring
Gloves and tools will be provided, but please wear clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty. Light refreshments will be available, so we encourage you to bring your own reusable cup.
Open to the public. Bring a Friend!
Each event will be open to WSA volunteers, as well as the members of the local community at each of the projects.

Save Our Trees supports and promotes ivy clearing events led by many groups–homeowners associations, religious congregations, community organizations, and Annapolis city events–to name a few.
