Branch Out with WSA, Session 2

Kinder Farm Park, Millersville:
WSA is thrilled to announce our summer series, Branch Out, designed for WSA RePlant program participants to come together, learn new skills, and support each other’s tree plantings.
Learn about the common challenges that young trees face and how to address them when planning a tree planting. Volunteers will practice monitoring tree growth, support invasive plant management, and learn how to install deer protection.
What to Bring
Gloves and tools will be provided, but please wear clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty. Light refreshments will be available, so we encourage you to bring your own reusable cup.
Open to the public. Bring a Friend!
Each event will be open to WSA volunteers, as well as the members of the local community at each of the projects.
